A Conversation About The Soul

“What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul? For what can a man give in return for his soul?” (Mark 8:36–37).

Three Lessons on the Soul:                                                                                                                                                                                           

1. Your soul is greater than your Well-being.  

2. Your soul is greater than your Wrapping Paper (body). 

3. Your soul is greater than all the world.

You have a spirit with your soul in your body. Your spirit and soul is not the same. They are not only different in name but also in nature. 1 Thes. 5:23 distinctly shows that everyone is divided into three parts. "May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ." How can a believer understand spiritual life if he doesn’t understand his soul is not his spirit and his spirit is not the Holy Spirit. We are three in one like the God head is three in one and one in three.
